Within one business day, usually much faster. 30-day money back on the digital card. Free reprint if your printed card arrives wrong. The whole policy.
Look up a card
Type the number printed on the back and see whose card it is. No account, and nothing shown beyond what is on the card itself.
The file never arrived?
Send it to yourself again, or correct an email address you mistyped at checkout. No waiting on us.
