No. Each family orders their own child's card and pays for it themselves. Nothing passes through you.
No. One family or eighteen, the price is the same and there is nothing to hit.
Each card goes to whoever ordered it, at the address they enter. If you would rather they all came to one place, every family can enter your address instead.
No. Extra copies of the same card are cheaper (the second is $29, then $19 each), and that is the only volume price we have.
