About the number
Whether we issued that number and what is printed on the card: the player's name, the team, the sport and the season. It does not show an address, an email or a photograph, and it never shows a child's details beyond what is already on the front of their card.
Usually a typo. The alphabet on our cards has no letter O, no letter I, no zero and no one in it, precisely so nothing can be misread, but a number typed from a photograph still goes wrong sometimes. A refunded order is different: it shows as inactive rather than not found.
No. It is a lookup for a card we printed, and the only thing behind it is an order. Nothing about a child is published by ordering a card: the player page is off unless a parent switches it on.
