Any of these: Outside Hitter, Opposite, Setter, Middle Blocker, Libero or Defensive Specialist. You pick it from a list while you make the card, or leave it off and the line simply does not print.

Will it fit in a normal card sleeve or binder?

Yes. The card is 2.5 by 3.5 inches, the standard trading-card size, so it fits every penny sleeve, top-loader and nine-pocket binder page made for trading cards.

Can I make volleyball cards for the whole team?
