You are offered copies after you pay, when the card already exists and you can see it. Nobody should have to guess at a quantity for something they have not seen.

If the file is not what you hoped, email us inside 30 days and we refund it. No form, no restocking fee.
A free reprint if the printed card is wrong.
If it arrives damaged, or with a mistake that was ours, send a photo and we print it again and mail it at no charge. It is made to order with your child's face on it, so a reprint is the remedy rather than a return.

The preview is the card that prints, spelling included, so a name is fixed there and it costs nothing.
